Dearest Stacey:

OUR PRODUCTS ARE JUST "PEACHES AND CREAM", REMEMBER THE IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE, SUCH AS MAKING MORE MEMORIES WITH THOSE WE LOVE.

LIFE JUST AIN'T ABOUT PEACHES AND CREAM.

Stacey was my best friend, who was taken far too young. R.I.P. 

We wrote many letters to each other after meeting each other in Kansas City, Missouri. We became very close. In one of her letters, she wrote me: Life just ain't about peaches and cream. That line didn't stick until after she died. She knew what was important in life. And what she wrote to me, reminds me every day what's important in my life: Love.

I wish I could hear her voice again and receive another letter. I remember our times together and memories shared. I know how much of a positive impact she had in my life, and I thank God for that. She still is a positive influence in my life and will always be. 

I struggle with mental illness, and I find when I draw it helps me heal. I still write to her, with every piece I draw. My art (Dearest Stacey) is like the letters I used to write to her. I refer to my store as "our" store because I am writing to her, and with each letter there is always the person the letter is to and the person the letter is from. 

Stacey, I miss you lots.
